Artificial Turf
Landscape artificial grass is a high‑performance synthetic product made from PP or PE fibres, woven into a primary backing and coated with a durable adhesive layer. Premium turf incorporates UV stabilisers, flame retardants, anti‑static agents, and anti‑matting additives to ensure longevity, safety, and year‑round beauty. The backing quality is the single most important factor determining service life – proper coating should be elastic, tear‑resistant, and evenly applied. When selecting turf, look for smooth, resilient fibres, uniform colour, consistent split‑resistance, and a firm, glossy backing. Tianyou delivers grass that meets all these criteria – and more.
Tianyou's landscape artificial grass combines year‑round vibrant colour, excellent drainage, and minimal maintenance – making it the ideal choice for gardens, parks, and commercial spaces. However, long‑term performance depends on proper base preparation. We guide you through the three main foundation types (asphalt, concrete, and gravel) and provide detailed specifications for flatness (≤3mm/5m), slopes (longitudinal ≤5‰, transverse ≤8‰), compaction (≥95% density), and curing. Our expert team ensures your turf stays beautiful, safe, and functional for decades.
Tianyou's football artificial grass range features five advanced fibre technologies: S‑shape for resilience, reinforced monofilament for durability, diamond‑shape for wear resistance, U‑shape for uprightness, and a unique infill‑free system with S‑shape straight yarns and specially engineered curled yarns for optimal shock absorption and traction. All turfs use UV‑stabilised, anti‑aging materials and deliver 10‑15 years of performance. We supply full pitch specifications – including pile height, density, and infill quantities – for 5‑a‑side, 7‑a‑side, and 11‑a‑side competitions. FIFA‑compliant options available.
Tianyou's kindergarten artificial grass is purpose‑designed for children's safety and play. Available in 8–10mm heights with dense, carpet‑like curled fibres for a soft, non‑trip surface, and 25–32mm options with durable mesh or realistic yarns – the latter can be sand‑filled for added bounce. Colours go beyond green: red, yellow, blue, purple and custom blends are available, including red‑and‑white running track designs. Non‑toxic, UV‑stable, and easy to clean, our turf creates vibrant, safe, and inspiring play environments for nurseries and preschools.
Landscape Artificial Grass – Natural Beauty, Unmatched Durability Landscape artificial grass has rapidly become a preferred choice for architects, interior designers, and property developers seeking a low‑maintenance, visually appealing alternative to natural lawns. Its freedom from environmental constraints – no watering, mowing, fertilising, or seasonal die‑back – combined with its flexible application (indoor feature walls, outdoor gardens, rooftop terraces, balconies, and commercial atriums) makes it a versatile and cost‑effective solution for modern spaces.
BMP20 Gateball Artificial Grass
The BMP20 Gateball Artificial Grass is a precision‑engineered turf system specifically designed for professional gateball (croquet) courts. Featuring a 20mm PE monofilament pile, 37,800 stitches/m² density, and dual‑layer composite backing, this extruded fibre turf delivers exceptional durability, fibre resilience, and realistic aesthetics. Engineered using sports biomechanics principles, it provides smooth, omni‑directional ball roll for consistent play. The turf's built‑in cushioning reduces joint impact – critical for senior players. Ideal for competitive venues, community clubs, and retirement facilities, BMP20 combines performance, safety, and longevity on a single surface.
Rugby Field Artificial Grass – Engineered for the Demands of Contact Sport Rugby is a sport defined by intense physical contact, high‑speed collisions, and relentless exertion – a game that demands not only exceptional athleticism from its players but also a playing surface capable of withstanding extraordinary forces. Tianyou's rugby artificial grass is purpose‑built to meet these challenges, delivering a durable, high‑performance turf system that supports the most demanding training and match conditions.
